PostVoice SMS Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the PostVoice review text program ("the Program"), run by winship labs LLC ("we", "us"). PostVoice is a winship labs product that helps businesses collect customer reviews by phone. This number is used to demo PostVoice with businesses we work with.
1. Program description
When you opt in, we text you a number to call. On the call you say your review out loud, and we turn it into a written review. We then text you a link so you can read your review and post it yourself. We may send one reminder if you have not used your link. The Program sends messages about your review only. It does not send marketing or promotional messages, or messages from other companies.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by texting REVIEW to our toll-free number, usually by scanning our QR code, which opens sms.postvoice.ai/join and then your messaging app with REVIEW filled in. You only join when you send that message yourself. We confirm your opt-in with one reply.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for the Program.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to our toll-free number at any time to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, text REVIEW.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and is not guaranteed.
8. Eligibility
The Program is for U.S. mobile numbers. You must be the account holder for the number, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years old.
9. Consent
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Your review is never posted for you: you decide whether to post it.
10. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change affects how we text you, we will tell you by text before it takes effect, and you can opt out at any time.
